Email that handles itself. You stay in control.
Your shared mailbox reads, sorts and processes itself. AI does the work, your people decide on what matters, and everything ends up in the systems you already use.
Works with any IMAP mailbox and with Gmail. Connects to almost any software.
Sound familiar?
A shared mailbox is not a system. It is a queue without an owner.
info@ silts up
Quotes, invoices, questions and spam on one pile. Nobody knows who picks up what, and duplicate work is the norm.
Retyping into another system
Pulling data out of an email and putting it into your ERP by hand. Every day again, with typos every day.
Follow-up disappears
You send an email and wait for a reply. If it never comes, nobody notices. Until the customer calls.
From incoming mail to processed in your system
We read along
We connect your mailbox over IMAP or Gmail. New mail is picked up within a minute, including the whole conversation it belongs to.
AI works out what it is
You describe what you want to know: what kind of message, from whom, how urgent, which details it contains. The AI returns that as fixed fields.
Something happens
Archive, forward, reply, or write it into your ERP. Edge cases go to a person. The rest runs on its own.
What it does for you
Not a single trick, but the whole chain from arrival to resolution.
Any mailbox
IMAP, SMTP and Gmail. You do not have to move to a new mail platform.
The whole thread, not one message
Replies are linked to the right conversation automatically. If an earlier message is missing, we fetch it.
AI that answers in fixed fields
You decide which fields come back. Not a loose story, but data a system can act on.
People decide where it counts
If the AI is unsure, a colleague gets the question. No answer in time? A different route runs instead.
Waiting for a reply is a step
No response within the term you set? A reminder or an internal signal follows automatically.
Real actions in the mailbox
Move, label, mark, archive, reply and send. Your mailbox stays tidy.
Does your software have an API? Then it works with us.
Most vendors hand you a list of integrations and hope yours is on it. We work the other way around: you give us the technical description of your software, and the integration follows from that.
OpenAPI and Swagger
The standard almost every modern product ships. Endpoints, fields and authentication are read straight from it.
Or the API itself
No description available? Then we connect directly. A little more work, same result.
Proven in practice
Including Brincr and Visma. Dutch software, real customer situations.
Who works with this
Why we built this
Patrick Roozeboom, founder
I have been building automation for companies for years, and the same thing kept coming back: the mailbox is the hole the work disappears into. There is a system for everything, except for the stream of messages that drives it all.
So we built that. Not another inbox for people to work in, but a layer underneath that does the work and only asks when it has to.
How we work
Small, direct, no layers in between
We start with one mail flow that hurts today. We make that work and make it measurable, and only then do we look further. No months of preparation before anything runs.
You talk to the people who build it. That saves translation, and it means we are straight with you about what is and is not possible.
Your mail never has to leave your own environment
If you would rather not send mail content to a US service, we run the language model on your own servers. Same behaviour, your data stays in. For healthcare, finance and government that is often the deciding factor.
Curious what this means for your mailbox?
In half an hour we show what is possible with your own mail flow. No sales pitch, just your situation on the table.
